Don Toliver from Travis Scott's Cactus Jack fold performs the chorus. DA Doman, who co-produced the trap banger with Eminem, recalled to Rolling Stone how Toliver recorded the hook at the 11th hour. After writing the hook for "No Regrets" in November 2019, Doman sent the reference track to two other demo singers he usually work with, but it didn't work out.
