Roam's lead guitarist and songwriter Alex Adam explained the track's meaning to Kerrang: "This one's about being in a relationship you both know is over, but you're still playing your parts and saying it's OK when it's not. It's hard to admit it to yourself dash even when everyone around you can see it."
Adam and vocalist Alex Costello tracked this over the course of two nights themselves as the band had ran out of time with their producer.
