It is one of two Encore tracks that he wrote with Natalie Hemby and Aaron Raitiere ("House Is a Building" is the other). "They are just ungodly talented in every respect. [And] they are such good friends," he told Billboard magazine of Hemby and Raitiere. "[We] start talking about real life and are like, 'That is the song!'"
