The first single from Blue Chips 7000, the track reunites Action Bronson with Harry Fraud, his frequent collaborator who also produced all of the Queens MC's 2013 EP Saab Stories.
Bronson debuted the song on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 Radio show on June 14, 2017. Speaking with Lowe, the Queens MC explained why he chose the track as the first single from Blue Chips 7000: "I just gotta let mother---ers let me breathe for a second man. Everyone wants to f---ng pull you all different types of ways but nah. Just chill out, shut the f--k up and let me breathe!"
