Cooper, who is known for Shock Rock, recorded this for use as the theme song of Friday The 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. The song follows the plot of the movie: the return of Jason Voorhees, who was killed in the fourth film, and absent from the fifth installment, Friday The 13th: A New Beginning.

C.J. Graham, who portrays Jason in the film, appeared as the character in the video for this song where he terrorizes people watching the movie at a midnight show.
