This song finds Kanye West delivering an explicit verse about his sexual preferences. He is joined by Lil Pump, who delivers some equally filthy rhymes while American comedian Adele Givens (The Steve Harvey Show) contributes a 1992 routine she did on Def Comedy Jam for the intro and outro. The track was debuted during the first annual PornHub awards on September 6, 2018.
The song was written by West, Lil Pump, and Pump's frequent collaborator, American rapper Smokepurpp. Yeezy previously worked with Smokepurpp on the remix of his tongue-in-cheek song "Lift Yourself" earlier in 2018, while this was the first time he'd hooked up with Lil Pump.
West produced the song along with: DJ Clark Kent, who is the cousin of Foxy Brown, and has also worked with Mariah Carey, Lil' Kim, The Notorious B.I.G and Jay-Z. Frequent Lil Pump collaborator CBMix. Ronny J, who as well as frequently working with Lil Pump and XXXTENTACION, also had two placements on Eminem's Kamikaze album, "The Ringer" and "Not Alike."
