Under the Gun

If this track sounds heavy on the bass, that is because there are two bass players on it, Mike Inez as well as Lemmy. Not to be confused with any other song of the same name, "Under The Gun" is a group composition; running to 4 minutes 44 seconds it is track 5 on the 2006 Kiss Of Death album.

In a 2006 interview with Ultimate Guitar, asked about his use of wah-wah on the track, Phil Campbell said: "I can express myself pretty good with a guitar with a wah-wah. Sometimes it's the only way to get it to cut through live as well; it probably evolved from there, trying to be heard. In the studio I don't use it all the time, I try not to use it all the time. But it is important to have one down there, yeah."
