Did You Know?

Interesting facts and trivia about Palahniuk's Laughter. By Songfacts®.

This song was Fightstar's first music video from their debut EP They Liked You Better When You Were Dead. The title is a reference to the writer Chuck Palahniuk, who wrote the book Fight Club.

The song was originally called "Out Swimming In The Flood," but since it was released shortly after a tsunami hit Asia in December 2004, they changed the name because they thought it would be disrespectful towards the people who died and the survivors.
