A hookah is a Middle Eastern water pipe often made of glass. It is used for vaporizing and smoking flavored tobacco called shisha. A 2005 WHO report states that smoking using such a waterpipe is not a safe alternative to cigarette smoking. In an hour-long smoking session of hookah, users consume around 150 times the volume of smoke of a cigarette. Tyga acknowledges the dangers when he raps to his girl: "Looking at your future baby put down the cigarette."
