This track from Graffiti On The Train was released as a free download from Stereophonic's website prior to the album's release. Speaking to NME, frontman Kelly Jones said the reason for the free download was that the band were, "conscious about starting this record in a different way" and they "wanted to give fans something they can keep rather than having to keep going back to YouTube or whatever."

Regarding the song's meaning, Jones explained to NME: "The song is about finding some hope in life. It's about those moments in life when you feel a bit lost and stuck and you don't know how to get out of it and then There's a glimmer of hope that helps you pull through it. It's quite a spiritual song."
