Britney Spears sings here of catching her man cheating with another girl, who happens to look just like her. Rather than engaging in a wronged-woman rage, she tells her man if he's going to cheat, she no longer wants to be with him.
This is one of five songs on the standard edition of Glory that Spears co-wrote. She penned it alongside: The hitmaking duo of Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels whose other credits include Justin Bieber's "Sorry" and Selena Gomez's "Good For You". Nick Monson, who rose to prominence for writing and producing tracks on Lady Gaga's Artpop album including the single "Applause."
Asked by NME where the idea for the song came from, Britney replied: "Me and my girlfriend, we came up with that. I was inspired by that Tracy Chapman song 'Fast Car,' because it's just her and the guitar. I wanted to do something simple like that. The idea of coming home and seeing the one you love with a girl that looks identical to you is just completely devastating."
