Frontman Rou Reynolds explained this song's meaning to Kerrang! magazine: "It's going on from that idea of the world being one gang and the lyrics say, 'My crew is 6,000 million strong.' It's about the fact that we are going to end up repeating history again and again unless we make some serious changes to the roots of problems."
