This song is about a one night stand, but it was commonly misinterpreted as a nostalgic song signifying the end of something special. As a result, it was was often played at school graduation ceremonies.
When asked by Pop Break about the song's popularity at proms and graduations, Eve 6 guitarist Jon Siebels replied, "It was a way of us reaching people that probably wouldn't have known us otherwise and something that sort of kept us on peoples' minds all this time. It was really funny that that happened, but we're also really grateful for it."
