A sequel to Logic's song "44 Bars" from his 2016 mixtape Bobby Tarantino, this lyrically explicit track contains just one verse made out of precisely 44 bars. Frequent collaborator 6ix supplied the rapid-fire beat for both tracks.

"44 More" borrows throughout its production multiple elements from the beat from "Zoom", a track from Future's 2017 self-titled album. The song also samples the phrase "Turn me up!" which is taken from hip hop collective Fantastic Freaks' cut "Fantastic Freaks at the Dixie" on the soundtrack to the 1983 hip-hop film Wild Style. Kanye West utilized the same sample on his Life of Pablo tune "Waves."
