One Direction's Louis Tomlinson wrote this melancholic breakup song with regular collaborator Julian Bunetta and American songwriter Jacob Kasher, whose other credits include Lunchmoney Lewis' "Bills" and Maroon 5's "Sugar."
The song is about loving a girl after breaking up with them and the desire to share one more night together. Louis described the song as being "the most personal" song on Made In The A.M.: "It was one of those moments when the song was starting to come together, you felt a real excitement for it," he said in a video interview. "Just the idea of the song is interesting to me. Everybody has that song after a breakup where you do have to see your ex again, and it's kind of about that."
