Frontman Grant Nicholas (from Kerrang! magazine June 21, 2008): "In a way this was part two of 'Just The Way I'm Feeling.' I like it when songs connect to others. Lyrically, I wanted it to touch on the same sentiment."
In the same interview Kerrang! asked Nicholas what the song is about. He replied: "It was almost a recovery song, I guess. You could say it's about a relationship but I was trying to say we're all the same."
This song's feel good lyrics led to its use in a number of sporting montages on British TV in 2006-07 including the ITV trailer for the 2006 World Cup. It also featured in the 2007 movie Goal! 2.
