The track is about a girl the Fiscella brothers hooked up with in the past. While they still find her desirable, their love interest's feelings have cooled and she now behaves like she barely knows them.

The song title doesn't appear in the lyrics. It's unclear why the Fiscella brothers named the track "Shut up My Moms Calling," leaving out the apostrophe in "mom's" for good measure.
