Lead singer Jesse Lacey got the idea for this song by thinking about a gang. The lyrics talk about how they needed to kill a member of the gang by cementing his feet and throwing him in a lake. They are going to find someone else that can do the job much better.
"Luca" is named after the character Luca Brasi from the movie The Godfather.
