Man Size Love (Theme From The Motion Picture "Running Scared") - 7" Version

This was used on the soundtrack to the 1986 buddy cop film Running Scared, starring Billy Crystal and Gregory Hines. When the lead characters steal a drug lord's Mercedes, they find this tune among his cassette tapes. It plays while they drive the car around the streets of Chicago.

Klymaxx was the first all-girl funk group to play their own instruments. This synth-heavy song finds lead singer Lorena Porter singing about how she wants a real man to satisfy her. It didn't come from personal experience - the song was written by a man, Rod Temperton, who wrote many of Michael Jackson's songs and as well as another hit from the movie: "Sweet Freedom."
