Larsson wrote the song with regular Little Mix collaborator Kamille. Among the hits the British songwriter co-penned for the girl group are "Black Magic" and "Shout Out To My Ex."
Larsson explained to NME that she set out to write a song about resilience and positivity in the face of a broken romance. "That one was fun to make because I do look at myself as a very strong woman," she said. "But at the same time, because I am so strong, I sometimes like to write songs that reveal... not that I'm weak exactly, but what's the word? Vulnerable."
