"I'm Gonna Crawl" is the last song on In Through the Out Door, the last Led Zeppelin album before drummer John Bonham's death. Zeppelin bass player John Paul Jones wrote most of it. Robert Plant's lyric is yearning; he loves his girl so much he's gonna crawl to her.

The In Through the Out Door album was so named because after taking a voluntary exile from Great Britain for two years (for financial reasons), Led Zeppelin found that getting back into the spotlight in England proved to more difficult than they thought.
