"Stick" is Atlanta slang for an assault rifle. Future unashamedly brags here about the new gun he is going to buy with his riches, even though his entire hood is being watched by the authorities as they're known for their "stick talk" (gun threats).
The Eif Rivera-directed clip shows Future performing the track through various dilapidated, dimly lit locations, while the police cruise the periphery.

Phelps then introduced the rapper, saying, "I might have all the golds, but this guy's got all the platinum."
