The lead single from American Nights, the seventh Plain White T's album, "Pause" is an upbeat track about making the most of every moment. "American Nights really focuses on being present and concentrating on what's happening now instead of what might happen tomorrow," said lead singer Tom Higgenson. "This song, 'Pause,' is our lead single and it serves as a reminder to be present and appreciate all of life's experiences."
The summery, festive video features a cameo from American Pie's Thomas Ian Nicholas as well as the RV from Breaking Bad.
