This 6-minute cut features piano playing by Megadeth's new guitarist, Kiko Loureiro of Brazilian prog metal outfit Angra. Frontman Dave Mustaine described the song to Rolling Stone as "a really haunting piece" and added that "the part that [Kiko] played is very Chopin-meets-Megadeth, if that makes sense."
Nashville arranger Ronn Huff did the orchestration. He is the father of former Megadeth producer Dann Huff.
Jordanian virtuoso singer Farah Siraj is the female vocalist. She also sings on "The Threat Is Real". Mustaine told Radio.com: "She's actually the ambassador to the U.N. for Jordanian music. We had discovered her through our management, she's an amazing talent. Actually this is kind of lowbrow for her. Her singing is otherworldly."
