Did You Know?

Interesting facts and trivia about Turn Off The Radio. By Songfacts®.

This song finds Jeremy McKinnon hitting some pretty high notes. He told Radio.com: "That song was originally written for Common Courtesy but we couldn't finish it in a way that we were happy with. And, one of the reasons we couldn't finish it is because it was very high. But we like it and so did the guys at The Blasting Room so we spent some time and got it right in the studio. It wasn't on purpose singing that high. It just kinda happened that way."

The song's bridge originally had a huge rap beat. McKinnon recalled to Kerrang!: "We asked Rick Ross if he would do the rap part. He asked if we were devil worshippers. We said no, and then we never heard from him again."
