This lighthearted song is about this lady who refuses to accept that she's no longer a youngster. Lewis explained that it wasn't written about anyone in particular, but was a composite based on people they came across in their early years when they often played a bar called Uncle Charlie's in Marin County, California.
Huey Lewis wrote this with the group's bass player, Mario Cipollina. It's one of four songs on the Sports album that was not released as a single.
