Fitting in with the style of the Youthanasia album, this song is about rape and incest. The lyrics, "Let me show you, how I love you, It's a secret you and me" indicate the secrecy and shame the victim feels. The abuse is justified because it stays in "the family tree."

Dave Mustaine wrote the lyric and composed the music with drummer Nick Menza and bass player Dave Ellefson. In our interview with Ellefson, he cited this as one of the most underrated Megadeth tunes.
