We The People

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine penned this song with TH1RT3EN producer Johnny K, who has previously worked with Disturbed, Machine Head and Staind. Speaking to MusicRadar.com, bassist Dave Ellefson commented: "This song is like riff-mania. Dave has a great ability to write a fantastic array of riffs, and he's a master at compiling them to create a song. He writes a riff, then he writes another riff, and when you think he can't come up with another one, he does so – and then he puts them all together.Anybody who loves amazing Megadeth riffs will really be into We The People. It's a total explosion of great parts."

"We The People" was the opening words of the preamble to the Constitution of the United States: "We the People of the United States… do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The phrase has been subsequently been used by: 1) Organizations We the People Foundation is a tax-protest organization. 2) Bands: We the People was an Orlando, Florida based garage rock band from the 1960s. 3) Television Series: We The People is an award winning discussion based current affairs television show in India.
