Interesting facts and trivia about I Hear You Now - Remastered. By Songfacts®.

UK born Jon Anderson teamed up with Greek keyboard virtuoso Evangelos Papathanassiou (who changed his name to a much simpler, Vangelis) to produce this song.

Jon Anderson was singer with progressive rock band Yes, masters of the 70s concept LP. When keyboardist Rick Wakeman left Yes in 1974, Anderson asked Vangelis to replace him. Vangelis refused, but the pair decided to work together when Anderson left the band in 1979.

The lead singer of Vangelis' former band, Aphrodite's Child, was Demi Roussos, who took "Forever And Ever" to #1 in the UK in 1976.
