The third single from Hip-Hop/Rap duo New Boyz's sophomore album, Too Cool To Care, was released as a digital download in the United States on May 3, 2011. The song was produced by Like a G6 collaborators The Cataracs and features a hook from Chris Brown, who sings amusingly, "Hope you don't take this the wrong way, but you look better with the lights off."
The song's music video was filmed in a Los Angeles neighborhood and features Breezy clad in yellow ice cream bar jersey shorts and a Rocksmith Ninjas tank top.
On a first listen this song comes across as being somewhat unkind to the fairer sex but Legacy of the New Boyz denied this is the case. He explained to MTV News: "We're not being mean. It's just we were telling the girl: she looks beautiful, she's cute, but at the end of the day, she looks better with the lights off."
He added the song is meant to reveal the pair's end-of-the-night fantasy, which they hope to end with their date between the sheets, in the dark. "We were just hinting our intentions, so that's what that song is about," he explained. "Once you listen to the lyrics, you'll be like, 'Oh, it's not a mean record.' "
