Frontman Matt Tuck said in Metal Hammer magazine: "This song is musically not as sinister as it sounds. Lyrically, it is very dark. Its about the crap around my throat. How bitter and depressed I was that time, thinking that I will never be able to be the frontman of this band again because I didn't think I can sing. All this anger, frustration, depression and the negative feelings I brought into this song."
