This is the fourth single released from American rapper Birdman's fourth album, Pricele$$. The song features Lil Wayne and Drake, who are both signed to Birdman's Cash Money label. Lil Wayne co-executive produced Pricele$$.

Drake And Lil Wayne also appear in the song's music video, which was shot in Miami. It was filmed the same time as Drake's promo for "Forever," which Lil Wayne also appears in. In the clip Drake's movements are kept to a minimum as it was shot just before he underwent surgery to repair ligaments he tore in his knee.
