Of Mice and Men lead singer Aaron Pauley wrote this about a panic attack he had at 3am the night after he'd found out that Linkin Park's Chester Bennington had passed away. He told Kerrang: "We'd had the instrumental for a while; it was one that Tino (Arteaga, drums) had written. It's a very fast and very aggressive song, and I'd had a hard time writing lyrics to it. I didn't know what it was going to be, but I suffer from anxiety, and music's a big way to get through that. When I was coming down from that panic attack, the music resonated. It's about how, when you suffer from that sort of thing, your mind can be like a warzone."
