Line and Sinker

This song is about sticking up for yourself and not letting others put you down for stupid reasons. The song also deals with having a low self esteem, and how it's a bad idea to pretend to be someone else just to be popular. The song makes the case that being the popular for no reason isn't all that it's cracked up to be: "Well today I don't feel pretty, and I'm tired of trying to fit right in, don't think that you're so great, 'cause being great must suck."

This was used in the 2003 skateboarding movie Grind.
