This is a collaborative song between Lil Baby and Detroit rapper 42 Dugg, who is managed by the 4PF boss. The track serves as the grand finale on the deluxe version of My Turn.

"We Paid" is a braggadocios song about the rappers' collection of luxury cars and jewelry while also honoring their Atlanta and Detroit origins.

Baby previously guested on both Dugg's 2019 track "Not Us" and his 2020 track "Not A Rapper." The pair also collaborated on another My Turn track, "Grace."
