Uzi Vert raps here about upsetting his girlfriend after having sex with a groupie. He regrets his actions but feels trapped by their relationship.

The club ready beat was supplied by frequent Future producer Metro Boomin, one of two tracks he helmed on Lil Uzi Vert vs. the World.

The song's music video was directed by Spike Jordan, whose resume also includes the clips for Vince Staples' "Norf Norf" and Meek Mill's "Monster". The visual was influenced by the movie Donnie Darko and Lewis Carroll's novel Alice in Wonderland. Jordan explained to Genius how he came up with the clip's concept. "When two people are in a relationship they tend to put themselves in their own world, making each other the only priority next to work. Uzi and Brittany's relationship is like that except with them being who they are in the real world, [which] makes things kinda impossible to escape. The word 'fantasy' sparked the Alice in Wonderland world, but in this world we used a door instead of a rabbit hole. The Donnie Darko elements and spinning clocks represents time travel between the dimensions."
