The song featured on the first episode of the third season of the MTV series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County It was also used in the Amanda Bynes starring film She's the Man.
The song's music video won the award for Best Music Video at the 2006 MTV Australia Video Music Awards. It was re-filmed in July 2009 for the single's re-release.
