This song addresses the attitude some people in the music industry have, that they're above the common herd. Vocalist Daniel Winter-Bates told Kerrang: "It's a very relevant thing in the music industry, unfortunately. It's a horrible thing, that people have messiah complexes and they walk around like they're gods. I don't understand how you would look at a fan telling you they have connected with something you've created and not just feel upmost respect for them, rather than looking at them with dollar signs in your eyes and wondering how you can exploit that."
