Irreplaceable (Irreemplazable) - Spanish version

In this acoustic guitar-driven burner, Beyoncé catches her man cheating and isn't having it. She packs up his stuff, puts it in a box to the left (to the left...) and tells him to get on out. He'll soon learn that he's replaceable. The lyric was written by Ne-Yo, who had a #1 hit in March 2006 with "So Sick." "Irreplaceable" went to #1 that December. Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Smith), found success as a songwriter before doing so as a singer. In 2004 he co-wrote Mario's #1 hit "Let Me Love You."

Beyoncé released a Spanish-language version of "Irreplaceable" called "Irreemplazable" that went to #4 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart. She isn't fluent in Spanish but was able to sing phonetically with the help of Cuban-American producer Rudy Pérez. The next year, Beyoncé recorded her part of the Shakira collaboration "Beautiful Liar" in Spanish, turning the song into "Bello Embustero."

Sweden isn't the only Scandinavian country with top-tier pop music producers. Norway gave us the Stargate team, which produced "Irreplaceable." They also produced Ne-Yo's "So Sick" and Rihanna's "Don't Stop The Music."
