This electro-pop song was the debut single in Australia and the title track from The Veronicas sophomore album.
The Veronicas are Australian twin sisters Lisa and Jessica Origliasso. They wrote this track with L.A. songwriters Shelly Peiken ("What a Girl Wants," "Bitch") and Greg Wells ("Waking Up in Vegas"). Around the same time that he penned this, Wells co-wrote a song with the contradictory title of "I Do Not Hook Up," which became a hit for Kelly Clarkson.
Lisa said on an Australian late night radio show that the song is about being "stressed" and "wanting to get away from it all."
