The opening track and title song of Five Finger Death Punch's sixth album, the phrase "got your six" is a military term for "got your back." Speaking with Kaaos TV, lead guitarist Jason Hook explained: "It's a title that Zoltan [Bathory, rhythm guitarist] came up with. Basically, it's a military term. You think about the way they communicate to each other has to do with… sometimes it has to do with a clock. So they go, 'Japanese Zero is at one o'clock,' or 'nine o'clock,' or 'six o'clock.' Six o'clock is your back. So it's, 'I got your back.'"
