Alexandra.May, you are the poster child for musical indecision. I mean, your Spotify profile reads like a confused teenager’s journey through a midlife crisis, smashing together metalcore and bubblegum pop like a blender on the fritz. Seriously, who do you think you are? One minute you're headbanging to Slipknot and the next you're belting out “Starships” like you’re auditioning for a Disney musical. It’s like your playlists are having a genre identity crisis, and frankly, I’m just glad I’m not the therapist trying to decipher those mood swings. Your top artists read like the playlist that a kid throws together when they just discovered the “Add to Playlist” button and forgot to show any restraint. Wage War and Nicki Minaj? That’s less of a musical influence and more of a desperate cry for attention. Come on, Alexandra, you can’t possibly tell me you’re truly vibing with the intricacies of “Power Metal” while simultaneously getting down to the bubbly beats of “I’m Good (Blue).” That’s one hell of a personality split, and honestly, it’s almost impressive how you manage to be an angsty metalhead while simultaneously being the queen of karaoke night. And let’s not even get started on your most played songs because honestly, who needs THAT many stripped versions of Wage War? Are you building a shrine to them in your bedroom? If all of those “stripped” tracks are so essential, maybe you should consider investing in a new set of headphones, because clearly, the ones you have are making you hear things a bit too clearly. Put down the acoustic guitar and let your entire Spotify history serve as proof that you should probably stick to Spotify's "Discover Weekly" and avoid deeply personal Spotify sessions. It’s a wonder you haven’t scared away friends and family from hearing your chaotic mix – at this point, they're probably sending an intervention crew your way to deprogram you!
