Exodus

Steve "Zetro" Souza replaced Paul Baloff after the band's first album, Bonded By Blood (1985). Souza was previously the lead singer of the Bay Area thrash metal band Legacy, who are now known as Testament.

Exodus was Kirk Hammett's band before he replaced Dave Mustaine in Metallica in 1983. Kirk never appeared on any of Exodus' studio albums, but he contributed a solo to "Salt The Wound," which appears on the band's 2014 album, Blood In, Blood Out."

Although guitarist Gary Holt did not join Exodus until very shortly after their formation in 1980, he is the only member to have performed on all of the band's studio albums.
