T-Pain told MTV News about this collaboration with Lil Wayne: He said: "'Can't Believe It,' I just wanted to simplify things. Basically I got a lot of stuff on my albums that's not that simple. I'm not getting away from the simplicity of things, it's just basically a way to calm things down. Then I put Wayne on it and he keeps murdering tracks I'm sending him. It's just another world, it's unexplainable."
This features T-Pain's trademark Auto-Tune vocals. The Florida rapper told Rolling Stone with a grin: "Auto-Tune's stuck with me. People told me to stop using it, but I would not stop. It works!"
T-Pain explained the song to MTV News. He said: "[The song] is basically a perspective of not settling for what you doing. You can be doing better. Even if you think you're at the peak of your career, you're at the top, it's something else you can be doing. Don't settle into what you been pretty much forced into doing."
