This song finds Sean praising Hip-Hop loyalties then the rapper's G.O.O.D. Music colleague Common joins in on the second verse. Sean told MTV News that Common and him were just having a good time. "As thought provoking as the album is, me and Common just had fun on this track. We didn't think too much, we just went in, went hard - you know, pause," he said. "When I put it out, I did it for the believers and the people that's been rocking with me, fans of just real rap."
The timing of the song's release was curious, coming three days after Kid Cudi announced that he had left the G.O.O.D Music team. However Sean told Power 106 in Los Angeles that the song is not about his ex labelmate "Cudi wasn't just my labelmate, he's one of my good friends," he said. "Cudi's on my album. Me and him making music together. We're still crew whether it's G.O.O.D. Music or not, that's my dog."
