This cut features a guest verse from Canadian rapper Drake, while the production was provided by Southside and Metro Boomin. The two producers previously worked with the Toronto rapper on his and Future's collaborative mixtape What a Time to Be Alive.

The song's title is a reference to Drake being both drunk and high on the record, which he outlines on the hook.

This isn't the first time Gucci and Drake have come together for a song; the Canadian MC also appeared on the Everybody Looking cut "Back on Road."
