The song title is a combination of the rapper's name "Ferg" and the word "delicious" — he is saying he is attractive, which is why girls go crazy over him. It's also a play on Fergie's hit song "Fergalicious" where she defined the song title as meaning, "make them boys go loco."
Ferg lost his Harlem Boutique owner father, Darold Ferguson, to kidney failure. The rapper is joined by his A$AP Mob cohort whose dad also passed away. Ferg explained at the album's listening party that the song deals with how he can relate to A$AP Rocky because both are fatherless.
