Post Malone

Post Malone was born Austin Richard Post in Syracuse, New York. When he was 9 years old, he and his family moved to Grapevine, Texas after his father, Richard Post, became the manager of concessions for the Dallas Cowboys. Post considers himself a Texan and is a huge Cowboys fan.

Malone is the embodiment of post-genre music. He grew up listening to hip-hop, metal and classic rock, but makes whatever kind of music moves him, regardless of classification.

He attended Grapevine High School in the Dallas suburb of Grapevine, Texas. Other famous alumni of the educational establishment include Bruce Channel, Norah Jones and Demi Lovato.
