For how long does my heart has to ache for a comforting touch?

I'm exhausted. Tired of trying to be good enough. To be enough for people. To be at least decent on what I do. Tired of battling myself for being such a toxic and useless friend. It hurts so much to be lonely and know you're the cause of it, and still not be able to change.
